Cllr Tempest advised that he had visited the site – extensions would not be visible from roadside. No problems.

Proposed by Cllr Tempest Seconded by Cllr Kiener that the Council support this application. Approved unanimously.

EMAIL from Bloor Homes.

This was concerning the current application ref16/02206/FUL for 15 bungalows which is in the planning system.

Chairman Mike Brain read out the email which advised that all 5 affordable bungalows would be constructed to wheelchair access as standard and that if the application were approved Stonewater have confirmed agreement in principle to purchase the 5 affordable bungalows for either affordable or social rented provision.

This application had recently been opposed by this Council because of the overprovision of housing numbers now that the Core Strategy has been approved.

No discussion took place.

The meeting closed at 7.40.p.m.
